- Market Room: The Market Room is a comfortable, inviting space that is perfect for pre-event gatherings, receptions, Chef’s dinners, wine tastings, meetings and family celebrations. With thoughtful amenities and the latest A/V technology, The Market Room can accommodate groups of up to 48 guests.
- Sun Room: The Sun Room is a warm, welcoming space that is adjacent to Kendall’s main dining room, and perfect for private dinners, family celebrations, wedding events, and company gatherings. The Sun Room offers privacy, comfort and charm, and can accommodate groups of up to 28.
- Jerome Room: The Jerome Hill Room provides flexibility, versatility and can accommodate up to 96 guests in a banquet setting. Remodeled in 2016, the space is perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate events, meetings, conferences, reunions, retreats, family celebrations and more.

Yes. We require deposits and minimum buys for all spaces. Specific pricing can be discussed during your consultation call.

Private events at Kendall’s are booked by-the-day; you may stay as long as we’re open and the fee doesn’t change!
Yes! We have a few easy rules — no glitter, no confetti, and no hammering into our walls. We recommend arriving early to your event to decorate with time to spare!
Yes, you may. A $2.50/per guest dessert waiver will be applied when you bring desserts and cakes from another licensed bakery. If you’d like to avoid the fee, you can order desserts and cakes directly with our events team.
Based on your requests, our event coordinator can coordinate details with you and build a beverage menu that suits the event. Drink tickets work well, or we can build a limited menu of provided beverages. Just let us know what you’re thinking.
Great! Our event coordinator will send you an invoice for the facility fee, a non-refundable deposit to hold the space.
Private events can be canceled at any time; however, deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Final guest count must be finalized no later than one week prior to your private event.
If your private event offers a buffet, the events team will send an invoice once the final guest count is confirmed — ideally at least one week before the event. If your meal is plated, the server will present a check at the end of the event.
